Care instructions depend on the exact materials used in a bag. Always follow the product-specific care information supplied with your Tail & Trail item.
After everyday walks
Empty food residue, rubbish and damp items promptly. Remove loose dirt with a soft dry cloth or brush where appropriate.
After wet or muddy walks
Allow the bag and its components to dry fully before storage. Avoid prolonged contact with direct heat.
Cleaning products
Do not use bleach, harsh solvents or strong cleaning chemicals unless the product-specific instructions expressly allow them.
Machine washing
Do not machine wash a Tail & Trail bag or component unless its product page or care label specifically states that machine washing has been approved for that item.
Food and treat residue
Remove crumbs and residue regularly. If a product includes a removable or separately cleanable component, follow the exact instructions provided with that product.
